Las Vegas Wedding Chapels

Author: Peter Emerson

A wedding chapel is a place where two people take vows to spend a lifetime of togetherness. Other than a legal court and a church, wedding chapel is a place where couples get legally married.

Las Vegas is very famous for its large number of wedding chapels. This tradition started off as a different yet memorable way of conducting a wedding. Most of the old, traditional wedding chapels in Las Vegas are small in size. A wedding ceremony package offered at the wedding chapels normally includes the wedding chapel fee, basic wedding flowers, a video of the ceremony, photo packages, chapel time and a wedding coordinator. These days there are many packages offered by Las Vegas wedding chapels, such as special Elvis Presley weddings, limo weddings, etc. One of the oldest and most famous wedding chapels in Las Vegas is the Little Church of the West, where many celebrities have been married.

The costs to stage a wedding in a good wedding chapel vary. Most ceremonies held at these places are not expensive, but they can fluctuate, depending on different packages offered by the wedding chapels. In Las Vegas, a simple yet memorable ceremony at a wedding chapel can be held for about 50 dollars.

However, wedding ceremonies held at the Las Vegas wedding chapels must adhere to the law. Certain documents have to be presented before the wedding takes place, such as a marriage license, proof of age of the couple and proof of legal residence in the United States, after which the couples can tie the knot that will bind them together for eternity!
