Cholesterol is a killer.
Doctors regularly remind their patients about the importance of keeping their LDL cholesterol, known as the "bad" cholesterol, down while keeping their HDL ("good") cholesterol up. There are different ways to accomplish this goal: diet and exercise alone, statin drug therapy, natural supplements or a combination of these options.
