Discover The Best Ultra Refined Fish Oil

Author: Dan Ho

Ultra Refined Fish Oil Are The Best

Found primarily in fish or fish oil supplements, omega 3 fatty acids are an important part of a healthy diet plan. Ultra refined fish oil supplements provide consumers with the benefits of fish oil capsules and peace of mind.

Such refined fish oil or pharmaceutical grade fish oil, as they are sometimes called, has been purified, removing all contaminants. Studies of fish oil products concluded that some omega-3 supplements do not use the highest quality fish oil.

Unsafe levels of mercury and other contaminants were found in some products. To obtain the benefits of fish oil capsules and avoid the risk of contaminants, choose an ultra refined fish oil product. Molecular distillation is the process that removes any contaminants.

Omega 3 fatty acids are important to healthy brain, heart and joint function. Every system of the body needs omega 3 fatty acids to control cell division and growth. These are the primary benefits of fish oil capsules in simple terms.

The omega 3 fatty acids in ultra refined fish oil are more easily used by the body than those found in flaxseed oil and omega 3s must be obtained from a supplement or a food source. The body does not produce them on its own.

Scientists originally began to study the benefits of fish oil capsules, because of the marked absence of coronary heart disease among Eskimos. Previously it was thought that a diet so rich in fat would lead to a greater incidence of atherosclerosis. Doctors and scientists have learned that it is the type of fat that makes the difference and it has now been established that consuming omega 3 fatty acids like those found in ultra refined fish oil may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Recommended daily dosage to provide the benefits of fish oil capsules vary from doctor to doctor, but they do agree that the capsules should contain adequate quantities of both DHA and EPA omega 3 fatty acids.

An ultra refined fish oil product that is at the top when it comes to quality products is from New Zealand and uses the Hoki fish for its fish oil.

The Hoki fish is naturally high in both DHA and EPA and naturally low in contaminants, but the company still uses molecular distillation to remove any potential impurities.

Even when a person consumes large quantities of fish (which has become a questionable practice because of mercury and PCB's in our oceans) and large amounts of leafy greens, many natural health experts still recommend a supplement in order to achieve the benefits associated with omega 3s or the benefits of fish oil capsules.
